ORGANISATIONAL ENLIGHTENMENT
Helping teams and individuals find their PURPOSE
WHO ARE WE?
We aspire to be the drop that creates the ripple.
We are thought leaders in the area of Conscious Business. We're intensely curious about organisational potential and want to help create the next generation of businesses that are incredible forces for good.
WHAT'S OUR PURPOSE?
‘We help teams be clearer about their identity and values so that they can
transform their own personal potential into success.’
We want to help to create teams that are highly self-aware and act to make a huge contribution to everyone they come in contact with. Our purpose is to challenge old models and thinking paradigms and contribute to designing the enterprises of the future. We want to demonstrate through clear results that doing good is good for business.
